Orders will be processed and shipped ASAP. If there will be a delay of more than 7 days, we will contact you by way of email or phone. A 2-week lead time needs to be allowed for special orders:
* When we utilize YOUR pre-worn denim on your TINC* product
* When back pockets are being added to your skirt
* When belt loops are being added to your skirt
* When you order maternity skirts
Orders will be shipped via USPS and will be packaged in a waterproof, poly mailer.
If you would prefer to pay more for tracking and speed, please inform us when ordering.
If you need a rush order, please inform us. We will do our best to ship your item(s) in a timely fashion.
We will gladly ship to customers outside of the US. Unless you request otherwise and we work out details ahead of time, we will be using the cheapest possible International Shipping option. International customers are responsible for any customs or other fees that may be required.

If an item that you purchase does not fit or is not what you wanted, you may return it in new condition within 7 days of receiving the item. You will need to pay the return postage. TINC will either send a corrected item or will send a full refund when the items have been received.
